Surialab is an e-commerce platform designed exclusively for wholesale trade and
exchange of laboratory goods between traders only. By accessing or using our platform, you agree
to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
Only verified traders and agents with valid commercial licenses from countries in the Middle
East and North Africa (MENA) region are eligible to register and use the platform.
End-users and individuals without commercial licenses are not permitted to access or
transact on the platform.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during account creation
and order placement, including phone numbers, email addresses, shipping addresses, and
details of the end-user, if applicable.
4. Platform Role and Limitations
Surialab has no involvement in agreements between traders and parent companies. Our
role is solely to facilitate the exchange of goods between local traders.
We are not responsible for issues related to official product distributors in any country or
regulatory compliance.
5. Product Information
Product details, including location, condition, and minimum order quantities, are clearly
specified on each product page.
6. Purchase Request Process
After submitting your PO or inquiry online, Surialab representatives will verify
product availability based on internal agreements and prepare a proforma invoice within 24
hours to 2 working days.
Adding products to your shopping cart and submitting an inquiry does not constitute any
obligation for Surialab to supply the selected items or for you to complete the
purchase, unless a Proforma Invoice is issued by Surialab, agreed upon by the
buyer, and payment is made within the specified timeframe.
7. Order Confirmation
Once you receive the Proforma Invoice, you have two business days to accept it and make the
payment.
In some cases, Surialab may not be able to provide the selected products after
receiving your inquiry if the stock has been sold to a third party before the Proforma
Invoice is issued or payment is received. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Product Information and Responsibilities
Buyers must read the product details carefully, particularly regarding shipping fees,
installation, operation requirements, and product validity for consumables and reagents.
Buyers are responsible for shipping, customs clearance, and related logistics unless
specified differently in the Proforma Invoice.
9. Payment and Cancellations
Once the payment is made, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
Surialab is committed to safeguarding user data and maintaining transaction
confidentiality.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
