Applied Biosystems™ DS-33 GeneScan™ Installation Standards with GeneScan™ 600 LIZ™ Size Standard v2.0
The DS-33 GeneScan™ Installation Standard consists of pooled PCR products labeled with 6-FAM™, VIC®, NED™ and PET® dyes. To generate the pooled products, CEPH individual 1347-02 genomic DNA has been amplified with 8 fluorescent PCR primer pairs which amplify selected microsatellite loci (as listed in the package product insert). The kit also contains a tube of GeneScan™ 600 LIZ™ Size Standard 2.0.
